In the case of cancellations with  Trauma Sensitive Yoga West:

An 80% refund will be provided up to 30-days prior to the training start day if the registrant cancelling finds a replacement participant to successfully register with a payment in their place at the time of cancellation. If there is a waitlist, TSYWest will strive to find a replacement for the person.

If no replacement is found for a cancellation 30-days or greater prior to the training start date, an 50% refund of the total registration costs is available.

No refund is available for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the training start date.

Within all cancellations there is an option to get 25% off the next training they are able to attend.

Please note, in the case of an emergency course cancellation, a full refund will be provided to each participant.  If travelling from a distance, you are encouraged to purchase cancellation insurance, should unforeseen circumstances arise that lead to course cancellation.  Trauma Sensitive Yoga West does not provide reimbursement of incurred travel or accommodation expenses.
