Refunds and Cancellations:

No refunds are available for course or class cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start date.

Opportunities to defer one’s enrolment might be available if cancellation is required. Please check with the provider to confirm if this is available.

Please note, in the case of an emergency course cancellation by the facilitator, a full refund will be provided to each participant.  If travelling from a distance, you are encouraged to purchase cancellation insurance, should unforeseen circumstances arise that lead to course cancellation.  Trauma Sensitive Yoga West does not provide reimbursement of incurred travel or accommodation expenses.
